Born and raised in Seattle, Frankie graduated from Roosevelt High School and attended the University of Washington, where she graduated in civil engineering with an emphasis in Structural Engineering. Her four-legged friend, Howie, joins her at the office and keeps everyone in her section smiling. On the weekends, you will often find Frankie and Howie on a road trip to Orcas Island to visit her sister and new niece, Lucia, or on another similar adventure.
