Born and raised in Wisconsin, Laura moved to the Seattle area after graduating from Purdue University. An avid outdoor enthusiast, Laura’s passion (beyond structural engineering) is snowboarding, hiking, and cycling – a perfect fit for the PNW! Having traveled all over Europe and Asia, she hopes to continue post-COVID travels to destinations such as Ireland, Croatia, and Thailand. Currently there are no fur-friends in her household, but eventually she sees a chocolate lab in her future.
