The St. Luke’s property redevelopment in Ballard consists of two projects designed by VIA/Perkins Eastman.
The east building is an 8-story, 84-unit affordable housing project with Bridge Housing and Excel Pacific. It includes 21 vehicle stalls and 50 bike stalls. This DJC article provides additional details.
The west building is an 8-story, 206-unit market-rate apartment building with a new 13,500 SF space within the structure for the new St. Luke’s Church. Security Properties is developing this project with Venture as the general contractor. Olson Kundig is the architect for the church buildout. The west project includes two underground levels for 180 parking stalls and 168 bikes. Apartments range from studios to three bedrooms. More information may be found in this DJC Article.
