This new 2-story, 16,000 SF Mary Bridge Children’s Therapy Center is adjacent to the MultiCare Allenmore Hospital Campus in Tacoma. The Center provides a full spectrum of pediatric therapy services, including physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, audiology, orthotics, and more. It features a centralized, thoughtfully designed space that enhances clinic coordination and provides an optimal patient experience.

SSF worked with Ferguson to create a simple, economical structure that includes conventional wood framing and a slab-on-grade foundation. The roof is framed with wood trusses, and the second floor is framed with open-web wood and steel trusses. A bearing line of steel beams and columns provides interior support at both levels.
