The YWCA bought a 7-story apartment project developed by Kamiak Real Estate, designed by Workshop AD, and built by Constantine Builders. Swenson Say Faget was the original building’s structural engineer. The building is wood-framed construction over concrete and includes a basement with parking for 91 bikes and a rooftop deck. The building’s 91 apartments are part of the Y’s affordable housing stock in Seattle, renting to people earning 30% or less of the area’s median income.
