Pearl on Oyster Bay

Pearl on Oyster Bay is a new 74,000 square foot, 81-unit senior affordable housing facility with site surface parking. Owned by the American Baptist Homes of the West (ABHOW), this project was designed to meet the Evergreen Sustainable Development Criteria which promotes environmental quality, improves maintenance costs, and enhances quality of life for residents. The structural systems include 3 levels of conventional wood framing utilizing pre-manufactured trusses at the roof, engineered lumber floor framing, some steel transfer level framing and wood structural shear walls.
