Aspire 11 is coming soon to Tacoma’s Hilltop neighborhood! This 343,000 SF, six-story mixed-use project is a collaboration between SSF, Graves + Associates, Jody Miller Construction, and Kirkland-based developer Sai Group. The apartment complex will offer 289 units, including studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments, 16,990 SF of restaurant and retail space, and three levels of parking.

Residents will have access to a wide range of amenities, such as a fitness center, yoga studio, bike storage, dog run, rooftop garden with grills, picnic area, fire pits, and a community room with a kitchen. Aspire 11 broke ground spring of 2023 and is expected to be completed sometime in 2024.
