Located on the site of the former Alki Tavern in West Seattle, the Harbor Avenue Campus is a mixed use project with 24,000 SF apartments, 13,800 SF office, 8,000 SF light manufacturing, 2,500 SF restaurant, 2,500 SF of retail, and a roof deck. The owner, YMSA (a subsidiary of Youngone Corporation) is majority owner of Outdoor Research and manufacturer and distributor of a variety of other outdoor apparel companies like Nike, North Face, Puma and others. The concrete and steel building serves the company’s needs for corporate/executive housing and related services, as well as office, manufacturing, and distribution space.
