First Citizens Bank at the Brewery Blocks

Located at 2108 Commerce Street, the First Citizens Bank tenant improvement project is part of the Brewery Blocks renovation in Tacoma. This 7,775 SF bank branch is one of many businesses included in the adaptive reuse of the 1907 Hunt-Mottet Warehouse. SSF teamed with Ferguson Architecture to highlight existing features of this historic building, including Douglas Fir ceilings and columns and exposed decking and beams. The project also features a grand stairway and an interior steel storefront.
