Located four blocks south of Seattle University, Sound Flats is a 92-unit apartment complex with 1700 SF of retail/commercial space on the ground floor. The structural system is wood-framed construction over 2 floors of concrete. Residential units average 235 SF and are ideal for SU students or people working downtown. This project is one of several SEDU’s (small efficiency dwelling units) being built in this Capitol Hill neighborhood.
