Located on the corner of Summit and Spring, Summit Flats is a new 91-unit, 7-story apartment building on First Hill.  The 36,000 SF project has 77 studio units and 14 loft units and includes a large rooftop deck with views of the city. The structural system consists of 5 levels of conventional wood framing over two levels of concrete construction with mild reinforced, two-way concrete slabs.
