Arras Apartments is a 367,000 SF, 3-building development located near the future East Link Spring District light rail station in Bellevue. The project features 269 apartments, work-live units, and townhomes, with retail on the ground floor, 2 levels of underground parking, a roof terrace, and multiple gym and resident lounges to foster community interaction.

The subterranean parking garage is constructed with post-tensioned concrete and extends the footprint of the site. Three buildings rise from the shared garage, each consists of 2 levels of concrete construction, with a light framed super structure above. Two of buildings utilize wood framed superstructures with engineered lumber floors, structural panel sheathed shearwalls, and continuous rod holdown systems. The North building includes 7 levels of light gage metal bearing walls supporting composite concrete and metal deck floors, and special reinforced concrete shearwalls, all supported by an 18’’ thick post-tensioned transfer slab.
