SSF teamed with Menter Byrne Architects and Krekow Jennings on the Tinte Cellars renovation, a 1,600 SF tasting room in Seattle’s Georgetown neighborhood. Elements from this once turn-of-the-century general store were restored and maintained, like its distinct A-frame structure and black and barn-red shiplap siding. Other features include a steel frame at the entry wall to allow for maximum windows and visual openness to the streetside, reclaimed timber, large pane windows, a catering kitchen for events, and a tall glass garage door that opens onto an 800 SF back patio complete with a custom awning.
