This 3-unit townhome replaced an existing single-family residence just north of downtown Ballard. This type of project is very typical for SSF. Whether single-family or multi-family, new or renovated, market rate or affordable – SSF does housing! Our staff designs everything from single family seismic retrofits to full-scale mega-mansions and everything in between. Every year, SSF provides structural design for more than 1000 new or renovated single-family homes, and approximately 60 multi-family projects. Total revenue for all residential makes up between half and two-thirds of our annual billings.
