The 143,000 SF Building 44 tenant improvement project features an open office plan organized by team-based neighborhoods and supported by shared meeting areas, phone rooms, and quiet rooms. Common areas allow for cross-team and cross-discipline collaboration. The focal points are the lobby’s 35′ high Living Wall and the 3-story sky-blue staircase. The project required concrete slab removal and the installation of an extra steel support to accommodate the spiral helix stair.
