Anthology Apartments (formerly called Issaquah Gateway) consist of 400 luxury residential units in (16) 3-story buildings and (2) 5-story buildings with a resident clubhouse, public neighborhood park, and associated utility improvements. The Scandinavian-inspired project totals 425,000 SF of all wood or wood over concrete construction on a 30-acre site. The site will accommodate approximately 690 vehicles with tuck-under, under-building, and surface parking.
