The design includes rectangular floor plans that step back within the sloped, triangular footprint and have views of Lake Union, Seattle, and Mount Rainier. The stepped design maximizes the number of view units and avoids the typical, boxy apartment design. Materials being used include concrete, dark metal paneling, full-height glass walls, and steel.
