Centerline Apartments

Centerline is a seven-story mixed-use development at 6505 15th Ave. N.E. in Seattle’s Roosevelt neighborhood.

It has 235 residential units, 7,450 square feet of ground-level retail, and more than two stories of below-grade parking for 187 vehicles.

Units include studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments and multi-level lofts. Each has modern finishes, wood-like flooring and stainless steel appliances. Residents have access to a mezzanine and lounge, co-working spaces, a rooftop deck, gym and a meditation and yoga room. Rents range from $1,100 to $4,400.
