SSF teamed with KG Investments, MG2, and Bayley Construction on Wilburton Village South – a 426,000 SF mixed-use project just east of I405 on Bellevue’s old Auto Row. The four-story concrete and steel structure includes 97,000 SF retail, 40,000 SF commercial / entertainment / grocery, 45,000 SF medical, and a three-story/695-stall parking garage. The structure consists of long-span post-tensioned concrete beams, one-way post-tensioned concrete slabs, and special reinforced concrete shearwalls.

SSF also provided engineering for the top floor Virginia Mason Clinic using conventional steel framing with eccentrically braced frames.
