SSF teamed with SABArchitects and BNBuilders on the complete buildout of 18 floors, approximately 378,000 SF, in a newly completed structural steel office tower for a Seattle Tech Company.

The garage level includes new locker rooms and bike storage and floor one consists of a beautiful 2-story open lobby space, a coffee bar, multiple meeting rooms, and event spaces. Team members can enjoy a café with a full kitchen and a large event center on floor two. Floors three through seventeen are typical office floors featuring open-office areas, team meeting rooms, kitchenettes, and larger multi-purpose training rooms. One floor includes a secure executive office suite. SSF provided the structural engineering for tenant improvements on all floors plus the installation of a 22,000-pound rooftop generator.
