Structural engineering firm Swenson Say Faget promoted Chris Potter, Ryan Anderson, Pete Krebs and Brian Rittereiser to associate principal and hired Bianca Casem as a staff engineer. Potter is managing 16th and Marshall, an apartment project in Portland. Anderson has 12 years of experience with affordable housing, tenant improvements, housing and community resource centers, including Country Doctor Community Clinic in Seattle. Krebs has 21 years of experience and is managing multifamily, TIs and hospitality projects, including The Lodge at Columbia Point in Richland. Rittereiser is managing Eastside Prep’s new Performing Arts Center. Casem has two years of experience and is working on multifamily/mixed-use projects, including Blackbird Apartments in Redmond. Potter works in Tacoma and the others work in Seattle.
