Pride Place

Located on Capitol Hill, the old Atlas and Eldridge Tire Company buildings are being integrated into a new eight-story, 118-unit affordable housing project called Pride Place for LGBTQ seniors. The projects is six floors of wood framing over 2 floors of concrete. The property was sold by Seattle Central College to GenPride who is working with Community Roots and Environmental Works on the project. The 11,800 SF ground floor includes 7,000 SF for a community center and retail.
