Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences is a nonprofit health sciences university founded in 2005 in Yakima’s Yakima Valley. It offers multiple health sciences programs on a growing campus that brings together students and faculty from several disciplines.

SSF provided structural engineering services for a new 50,000 SF, two-story administrative building for the dental school at Pacific Northwest University of Health Sciences. The building is steel over concrete metal deck and includes offices, conference rooms, lounge areas, large classrooms, an open atrium, and a cantilevered second floor. As a design-build project, SSF worked directly with TAG Architects (Theorem Architectural Group/Datum Group) and Lydig Construction.
