Tukwila Fire Station 52 is a two-story station located just north of I405 near Southcenter Mall. The ground floor serves as a new fire station for on-duty firefighters with a double-height, drive through apparatus garage, and a single story area for storage, decontamination, and shop space. The second floor is used as Fire Department administrative offices.  The two-story brick structure features full-height windows, iconic red doors, and a tall parapet wall that conceals mechanical equipment from the surrounding neighborhood.
