Located on the Olympic Peninsula, Pacific Landing is the newest development in Seabrook. At the entrance to the town, Pacific Landing consists of eight separate buildings. The corner building features a large restaurant on the ground floor with four condo units on the second and third floors. The three buildings to the left each have retail on the ground floor with 2 condominiums above. The four buildings to the right are 3-story townhome units. All are conventional wood framing, and the center and left buildings feature steel moment frames. Situated on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Seabrook consists of 650+ homes in eight neighborhoods with more than 30 parks, a Town Hall, and various amenities.
