Located on a small peninsula on the east side of Lake Washington just north of I405, this 1940’s rambler project consists of a complete rebuild of the north wing and interior and exterior renovations to the remaining home. The project’s skylights and vaulted ceilings bring light and an open feeling to the living areas. The home features many access points to the extensively renovated yard and garden.
