After 23 years brewing beer in a garage adjacent to the historic Engine House No. 9 Restaurant, E9 Brewing moved to a new location in Tacoma’s burgeoning Brewery District. The 9000 SF adaptive reuse of a warehouse includes a taproom and full beer production facility. The renovation features seamless glazing and plywood panels, a bow-string truss, refurbished metal windows, and a glazed overhead garage door that opens the taphouse to the outside patio.
