Located just west of Lake Sammamish in Bellevue’s Crossroads neighborhood, this project renovated an existing 3,200 SF, 4-bedroom rambler and added a new accessory dwelling unit (ADU) off the back of the garage. Expanded window walls and new slider doors opened up the home to the rear-yard patio improvements and provides access to the ADU.
