Tucked into a hillside behind University Village and adjacent to the Burke Gilman Trail, Burke + Union (formerly Union Bay Place Apartments) has 61 market-rate apartments over ground floor retail. The project consists of three levels of conventional wood framing over two levels of post tensioned concrete construction and includes 115 parking spaces for residents and visitors. This building replaces an old 58-space parking structure.
