As part of a 30-acre development in the Yesler Terrace neighborhood, Red Cedar is the 4th housing project for the Seattle Housing Authority. Located at 200 Ninth Avenue, the project has 130 units, 75 parking spaces and 5,000 SF of community space. In addition to the new facility, work will include new sidewalks, street trees, planting strips, green storm water infrastructure, and a pedestrian path.
