The Redondo Heights project is located one-half mile west of the future South 272nd Street Link Light Rail Station. This project renovated the existing Silver Shadow Apartment Buildings and added seven new buildings with 202 affordable housing units to the existing 132-unit complex.

The most notable structures are four and five-story apartment buildings adjacent to Pacific Highway South.  The buildings are connected by an enclosed skybridge at levels 2, 3, and 4 and share a below-grade parking garage. These buildings feature a 6,500 SF food bank for the community and offices for Shelter Resources. The project also included renovating the 3,000 SF leasing office and community center and adding five new apartment buildings on the site’s east side.
