Washington Park Arboretum

Washington Park Arboretum

Seattle, WA

The Washington Park Arboretum project is a new 1.2-mile multi-use trail through the 230-acre park. Our structural engineering efforts included the design of helical pile supported concrete abutments for the precast elements for three pedestrian bridges. We also provided the structural design for the steel guardrails attached to the bridges and concrete retaining walls in various locations adjacent to the trail.
