True Brands Headquarters Renovation

Located in Fremont, this project was the conversion of an existing 18,000 SF concrete warehouse into a state-of-the-art headquarters and distribution facility for True Brands – a beverage lifestyle accessories designer and distributor featuring 10 proprietary and 30+ distributed brands. LOC designed a people-centered, open plan with high ceilings and huge skylights to bring light into the partially submerged concrete building. The project features mezzanines, foot-bridges, glass-enclosed meeting rooms, roll-up exterior doors, and exposed structural, mechanical and electrical elements.
