Adjacent Centennial Park in Poulsbo, The Centennial is a 39,000 SF retail project is designed with an industrial-feel and houses a coworking space and three retailers. Situated on  a sloping site, the 2-story building has a partially underground parking garage.  Level 1 framing is composite deck over steel beams supported on steel columns and concrete walls.  Levels 2 and the roof floor framing is primarily plywood sheathing over open-web wood trusses supported on steel columns, wood columns and wood bearing walls.

Located in the heart of Poulsbo, the project boasts great views of the neighboring park as well as multiple sustainable features such as capturing stormwater, use of local materials, collaborative/shared spaces, and an edible landscape!
