SSF teamed with Ferguson Architecture on the tenant improvement of the Tacoma Rainers Summit Club restaurant in Cheney Stadium. Other projects include a new batting cage at the practice facility, a Rainers Teams Store addition, the visiting team’s locker room renovation, and a Wine Garden tenant improvement. The contractor for all projects is Careage Construction from Gig Harbor.
