Super Bueno is Ethan Stowell’s first Mexican fare restaurant. Located on the ground floor of The Hayes apartment building in Fremont, this 4000 SF tenant improvement was designed to make customers feel like they are vacationing in Mexico. Heavy fir timbers and 16′ ceilings promote an open and airy atmosphere. Beach-tones with pops of color, rustic materials, and two separate patio areas add to the ambiance. The restaurant seats over 200 in 6 different areas and includes a children’s play area on the mezzanine to encourage family dining.
