Seattle University’s Redhawk Dining / Cherry Street Market renovation transformed the original food court-style space into a collection of 8 walk-up style restaurants, each with its own distinct cuisine and design. These kiosk eateries were built in phases, allowing continued access for students and staff. Structural work consisted of light gauge metal and wood framing to shape the kiosks. Adding kiosks to an existing building required strategic and detailed planning to avoid overloading the structure.
