Swenson Say Faget has provided the structural design for a number of shipping container adaptive reuse projects. It started in 2008 with an office/showroom in South Seattle, and has grown to include cabins, garages, guest cottages, refrigeration spaces, a scuba tank and a multiple-unit commercial loft space. One client has also developed a warehouse storage prototype designed to withstand varying levels of snow-load that can be used anywhere in the US.
