ROOST is a housing community made up of 10 single family homes, 12 Live/Work townhomes (future phase), and 11 bunkhouses for guest use (future phase). The community’s goal is to attract families of various sizes and diverse interests and lifestyles. The 10 single family homes are complete. The next phase of twelve 2250 SF modern farmhouse townhomes will be built in 4 buildings of 3 units each. Each townhome residence will feature a 325 SF 3rd floor deck that serves as an outdoor living room. The ground floor work space is an additional 500 SF. The roof and upper floor levels are conventional wood framed construction. Exterior walls and demising walls are full height ICF concrete on steel pin piles with concrete grade beams.
