Motion Church expanded its presence to Bonney Lake. This new 24,000 SF single-story wood-framed structure located at 22626 120th Street has wall heights of 18 feet and a maximum roof height of 33 feet. With various elevation and slope changes, the roof uses both premanufactured roof trusses and wood I-joists. The 32-foot-high worship and lobby space features two exposed 120-foot-long custom trusses that consist of glulam members and steel gusset plates. These trusses support 18-inch-deep wood I-joists that span 36 feet.
