This new two-story residence located on a narrow, tree lined lot on Mercer Island, required the installation of foundation pin piles and a large storm water detention tank. The main level features large windows and sliding glass doors which provide views of the existing mature evergreen trees and adjacent neighborhood, and connect the interior spaces to the outdoors.
