Located at 318 State Avenue NE in Olympia, this 43-unit affordable housing apartment complex honors Native American environmental leader and treaty rights activist, Billy Frank Jr. The 4-story project will offer permanent housing for homeless veterans as well as homeless young adults and the disabled. Bill Frank Jr Place is part of an overall plan for Olympia’s downtown economic revitalization. Construction cost is anticipated to be $13 million. Financing was provided by a variety of state and county programs along with private investment.
