Ballard On The Park is a half-city block mixed-use development of apartments and retail totaling approximately 450,000 square feet. This includes 6-1/2 levels of 220 apartments over one full level of retail with two levels of below grade parking. The residential levels are a metal bearing wall ISSI system supporting concrete on metal deck floors. At street level is a combination of concrete-framed residential and retail space with two concrete-framed parking levels below.
