Summit Flats is a new 91-unit multi-family building at 1103 Summit Ave. in Seattle’s First Hill neighborhood.
The 36,000-square-foot building has seven stories with 77 studio units and 14 loft units. The units have open floor plans, lofts, large windows for natural light, high-speed internet, hard-surface countertops, and tile backsplash.
Rents range from $1,200 to $1,700.
Other features include a rooftop deck, secured package room, bike storage with repair station, and shared laundry on each floor.
