This project remodeled 139,000 SF of office space at the Westlake and Terry Buildings in South Lake Union. The Terry Building features multiple training and meeting rooms with adjacent collaborative areas and open office space. The Westlake Building renovation includes open office spaces with conference/team rooms and kitchenettes. A project highlight was the refresh of both lobbies to provide a modern and inviting entrance for the tech client’s staff.
