Rooftop Brewery decided to expand from a nano-brewery to a microbrewery. To do so, they found an existing warehouse/office space on the north edge of Queen Anne. In addition to the new production and office space, the owner wanted to add a roof deck beer garden. SSF provided structural design to upgrade the existing facility to meet the increased loading requirements.
