The Lakeshore Residence is the modernization of a waterfront home in Lake Forest Park. The south-facing waterside wall features floor-to-ceiling windows that take advantage of the Lake Washington and Mount Rainier views from any level. A third-floor addition houses a new family/media room. All three floors are tied together with a beautifully crafted Northern White Pine staircase with custom steel railings.
