SSF provides structural engineering for folding and relocatable buildings that are installed throughout the world. They are delivered factory direct to the site and erected in far less time than conventional buildings. Designed to withstand harsh environments, these structures can be installed permanently or constructed for temporary purposes and then disassembled and relocated. These buildings work well for warehouse, industrial, and military needs. The Air Force uses them for aircraft and equipment shelters such as this installation at Andersen Air Force Base in Guam. Expedient Small Asset Protection Shelter System advances ACE in the Pacific region Not only are these structures relocatable, but the process of building and moving them provides Airmen opportunities to learn construction skills.
