Cone Architecture is converting the former Perche’ No Pasta and Vino restaurant in the Green Lake neighborhood into their new office space. The modern design adds 900 SF to the 700 SF mezzanine, while keeping the double-height space on the ground floor. The main floor has an open layout with a communal work space, library, informal seating, a conference room, and a communal kitchen that spills onto an existing patio.
