The Community Health Center of Snohomish County (previously called the 112th Street Medical Clinic) is a new 2-story, 24,000-square-foot medical office building in South Everett. The building houses a pharmacy, medical and dental clinics, and includes specialties such as behavioral health, chronic disease management, diabetes, HIV/AIDS, Nutrition, Obstetrics, Pediatrics and Pre-natal care. The structure for the building includes concrete, masonry and steel framing. The concrete and masonry walls are prominent elements of both the exterior and interior of the building. In addition, exposed glulam beams and wood decking are utilized at the roof.
